Municipalities have regulatory frameworks for building condos, roads, and factories. But not hyperscale datacentres.

Datacentre builds are being rushed through before governments can catch up.

Rules for hyperscale compute, urban energy and water concerns, and noise regulations for modern data facilities are still being written.

This initiative is not anti-tech. We're pro-transparency and pro–oversight.
